Products can be shipped or delivered in different ways and with different conditions. Depending on the product you choose the appropriate terms and costs are automatically shown on the checkout page. If you would like your product to be shipped outside the Netherlands, please contact us. The different options are:

Delivery via PostNL.
According to the weight of the product the delivery costs via PostNL are € 6.95 or € 13.25. The weight of the products purchased are automatically added and you will only pay for the total weight of the shipped products. The delivery via PostNL takesabout 2-3 working days. If you are not at home as the product is delivered, PostNL will try to deliver it on the next day. In case you’re not home again you’ll be able to pick up your package at the nearest Post NL collection point.

Delivery via courier.
If the product you want to be shipped is larger and/or heavier than the limits set by PostNL, then it will be delivered via courier. Prices vary depending on the product (€ 40, € 85 or € 140). Your domicile in the Netherlands doesn’t affect the costs of the shipping (excluding Wadden Islands). The total cost of the shipping will be automatically shown on the checkout page. Delivery through the courier always takes place through an appointment. You will receive a call from the courier to set up a delivery date and time. Delivery usually takes place within 3-6 business days.

Attention: the package will always be delivered to your front door. For heavy products your help will be requested with unloading. The driver is, unless requested, on his own. If he is not provided with any assistance he will bring the package back. Of course, you can pick up the products at our shop Brût Amsterdam free of charge. Since we are not open every day of the week, it would be best to get in contact with us and set an appointment.
